  • Plate's maker went too far I've just returned from the crazy world Outside and am catching up on the crazy local news of the last month.
  • It's the morning light we need I refer to Geoff Capp's letter of March 15 in your newspaper, 'It's time to decide on a policy for time', and my Star letter of Nov. 5, 2004, 'Do we really need daylight saving time?'
  • Ponder their pedigree We should consider the facts carefully before determining whether Gary McRobb's recent defection is a demonstration of opportunism amongst members of the Yukon Liberal Party.
  • They're comatose in the alleys! We are in deep trouble now as the Australians have just ranked us fourth in humor behind Britain, Sweden and Germany.
  • Our immigration system is broken What is wrong with our immigration in Canada?
  • Obliterated green space never returns For two months prior to Christmas, a number of concerned citizens collected signatures on a referendum petition designed to force the City to plan for future green space and provide protection for existing green space within the City of Whitehorse.

  • The history is here for the filming Having patiently sat through the documentary series on CBC/TV which portrayed the NDP founder of our medicare, marvelling at the funding which must have been available for the project, it behooves Yukoners to remind the corporation there are others in the political files whose stories could provide more action.
