  • Gabor, Pasloski continue to dominate in their division The Whitehorse Glacier Bears have been a team to fear for the past few years at Outside competitions, but with the complete domination of Alexandra Gabor and Bronwyn Pasloski in the 12-and-under division this year, their fellow swimmers must now shake in their swimsuits as soon as the two hit the water.
  • Gymnast Martin picks up first Western championship medal He wasn't on his home turf this year, but Yukon gymnast Jasper Martin made the territory just as proud, bringing home a silver medal from the Western Canadian Gymnastics Championships last weekend.

  • Bell named to Canadian Pan Am team The Canadian Cycling Association announced the names of the athletes selected to represent Canada at the Pan American Road and Track Championships, which will be held from April 25 to May 1 in Mar del Plata, Argentina.
  • Yukoners return from Powder King The Yukon alpine ski team ended their season on a solid note with the B.C. Northern Zone championships this past weekend.
  • Figure skaters haul in the hardware from VISI Members of both the Fireweed and Whitehorse figure skating clubs travelled to the Vancouver Island Skating Invitational this past weekend in Victoria.
