  • You might think of a green burial A recent letter to the editor (Whitehorse Star, Sept. 22) commented on burial costs.
  • Obnoxious personal bulldozers' need rules A recent (Sept. 8) article in the Star by Matthew Grant and about ATVs, helmetless kids and with thoughts of city councillor Doug Graham has prompted me to write. Helmetless kids are a problem, but we can't just blame the kids.

  • He reminded me the battle is worth it Sometime in the early hours of last Sunday morning, a vehicle reported by a witness was seen taking out political candidate signs in Porter Creek.
  • Add these planks to your platforms Ed. note: this is a letter to the three territorial political parties. This letter has only one issue to discuss: accountability of elected officials.
  • This council deserves to be turfed Well ... the municipal elections are coming up again, and I sure hope everyone gets out there to vote. This council has done all it can to avoid re-election, and it will need all of us to help them 'out'.
