Yukon Squash League 2023-24 season wraps up

The Yukon Squash league wrapped up at the Better Bodies courts over the last two weeks, and the results are in.

The Yukon Squash league wrapped up at the Better Bodies courts over the last two weeks, and the results are in.

Division 1 Champions: YUKON TREE SERVICES

Yukon Tree Services defeated Grizzly Electric 20-16 to take the 2023-24 Division 1 title. Congratulations to Kevin Smit, Lia Johnson, Jeremy Kovac, Grayson Peters and Gurmaan Rai.

Ecological Logistics and Research narrowly defeated The Electrical Shop 18-17 to take third place.

Rounding out the Division 1 standings were Stantec Consulting (5th place), Chilkoot Chiropractic (6th place) and Landed Bakehouse (7th place).

Division 2 Champions: SILVER GHOST CONTRACTING

Silver Ghost Contracting dominated P.R. Services 23-12 in the Division 2 final. Congratulations to Mark Tinana, Jack Lanigan, Lindsay Knezevich, Keely Kovac, Danile Sokolov and Martin Farrow.

Steadfast Electric defeated Precision North Mechanical 17-12 to claim third place.

Rounding out Division 2 standings were Arctic Training (5th place), Northern Futures (6th place) and Meadia Solutions (7th place).

Congratulations to all participants for another well-played Squash League season.
