Yukon Invitational set to begin on Feb. 15; both Midgets and Bantams to participate

There will be plenty of first-rate hockey on display next weekend, as both the Bantam and Midgets Mustangs are set to compete against two out-of-territory teams.

There will be plenty of first-rate hockey on display next weekend, as both the Bantam and Midgets Mustangs are set to compete against two out-of-territory teams.

The Bantams will play a four-game series, which will begin next Friday, while the Midgets will compete in a three-game contest, starting on Saturday.

All of the games in both series will be played at Whitehorse's Canada Games Centre.

The Bantams will be playing the Northwest Territories Arctic Winter Games team.

The series will begin next Friday at 5:30 p.m. at the Olympic arena. Saturday will feature two games in total, beginning at 10:15 a.m. at the Northwestel facility and the second game will occur at 7:15 p.m. at the same arena. Sunday's final contest will occur at 1 p.m. and be played on the Olympic ice.

The Midgets will compete against the Calgary Edge and their first game will be played next Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Northwestel arena; Sunday's game will be at 9:45 a.m. on the Olympic ice; while Monday's final game will be played at 9:30 a.m. at the Northwestel facility.
