Yukon Inn blanks Medicine Chest in oldtimers hockey

Yukon Inn scored all four goals in the second period of their game against Medicine Chest in the Oldtimers Hockey League on Sunday.

Yukon Inn scored all four goals in the second period of their game against Medicine Chest in the Oldtimers Hockey League on Sunday.


Yukon Inn 4, Medicine Chest 0

Gord Kuchler scored twice for the Yukon Inn, while Rick Moses and Al Hammond each finished the game with one goal.


AON Flames 6, Performance Centre Turbos 6

Dennis Zimmerman played a great game for AON, scoring four goals, while Jim Giczi also played well, finishing with one goal and one assist.

Dean Faragher also scored for the Flames.

Bob Allison played a great game for the Turbos, scoring two goals and adding two assists.

Lance Bevilacqua also played well, finishing with two goals, while Matt Sills and Paul Lackowicz each scored one goal in the tie.


Klondyke Dental Molars 4, Firth Rangers 2

Ross Phillips and Martin O'Hagan each scored one goal and added one assist for the Dental

Molars, while Mark Pinter and Doug Janzen scored once.

Scoring for the Rangers included Carl Burgess and Grant Lowey in the loss.


Edgewater Hotel 5, Kilrich 1

Sean McAskie and Brent Cooper played well for Edgewater Hotel, each scoring two goals and contributing one assist.

Brian Gudmundson scored once for the team in the victory.

Kilrich's lone goal scorer was Woody Bennett.
