YUKON CONNECTION – Canada’s Phil Mack, centre, is representing the territory at the Rugby World Cup. The 30-yearold Mack is a former Yukon resident, spending six years in Whitehorse, from 1994 to 2000. Born in Victoria, Mack plays the position of scrum half. Here, he keeps hold of the ball during Canada’s Pool D match against Ireland at the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff, Wales, Sept. 19. Canada lost the game 50- 7.
