WINNERS – Natalie Haltrich and Eric Fekete of the local Yukon Quest office make the draw last week for refunds to mushers who signed up for the Yukon Quest International Sled Dog Race and the Yukon Quest 300 on the first day registration opened. Yukon Quest 1,000 musher Deke Naaktgeboren will get back US$1,300 of his $2,000 entry fee and Paul Hamlyn will get back $200 of his $350 YQ 300 entry fee.
