Whitehorse Co-Ed Slo-Pitch season heads into playoffs

The final games of the Whitehorse Co-Ed Slo-Pitch Softball League's 2009 regular season were played on Thursday.

The final games of the Whitehorse Co-Ed Slo-Pitch Softball League's 2009 regular season were played on Thursday. Teams in division two and division four saw action.

On Thursday, the Nuway Crushers locked down a first place finish, in division two, with a convincing 26-10 win over Kustom Kuts, meanwhile division four's EMCO placed first overall, winning a close one-run game against the Ketza Krushers. The final score was 19-18.

Other division two results on Thursday: Coke 20, Faro Flames 13; Complete Concrete 20, Chilkoot Brewers 7; Dave's Cleaning 18, Terrorizers 14 and Jats Diggers 15, Sam N Andy's 14.

Thursday's division four results: Bounty Hunters 14, Crown Royals 2; Superior Slayers 20, Skookum Asphalt 0; Riverdale Montessori 15, Re-Runs 8 and Hello Gorgeous 15, Double D's 13.
