Underhill has top score in squash league

Underhill maxed-out its score in the Thursday Night Squash League.

Underhill maxed-out its score in the Thursday Night Squash League.

Thanks to the play of all four members, the team finished with a perfect 24 points in its game against Electrical Shop.


Underhill 24, Electrical Shop 3

Sophia Flather, Joan Moffitt, Will Parker and Jeanette Carney each scored the maximum six points awarded in the league's individual competition.

Shelley Mitchell posted two points for Electrical Shop, while David Buckler scored one.


Northern Lights Optometry 14, Kumon Learning 14

Zoe Walker scored six points for Northern Lights Optometry, while Tracy Pittman finished with five points. Loralee Martin and Patti Flather made up the remaining three points.

Kathleen Froese, Judy Ratcliffe and Kai Knorr all combined to make up Kumon Learning's 14 points.


Sterling Insurance 17, Emco 16

Darrin Sinclair led the way for Sterling Insurance, chipping in six points, while Leonard Linklater notched five. Amy Leach and Mark Beese each finished with three.

Lara Trotter, Lisa Gudbranson, Kelly Panchyshyn and Dallas Yeulett each scored at least two points to make up Emco's total.
