With league leader Matthew Grant side-lined with sponsorship commitments, last week's runner-up Jessie Devost carded a smooth 3-under 53 to top the field and, more importantly, garnered sufficient points to take over top spot in the league standings on Tuesday evening.

Making his first appearance this week in league play was Dan Reimer who showed well and finished in a tie for second with Dave Griffiths at even par.

The highlight shot of the night went to grandmaster Griffiths with a stellar drive on 18 for a pick-me-up birdie.

Other scores of note included; Alastair Smith at +8 and Isaac Deuling at +5.

League play takes place every Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Mount Mac Disc Golf Course. All players are welcome.
