Tuesday night disc golf wrapup

While the weather proved a deterrent to some, those who turned out were in fine form

While the weather proved a deterrent to some, those who turned out were in fine form as league leader Jesse Devost once again topped the field with a round of four under 52 that included nine birdies.

Second place went to Richard Vladars who shot a three under 53 and is steadily moving up in the standings.

Third and fourth places went to Matthew Grant (55) and Lew Piercey (56) respectively.

Here are the top ten in league standings after 8 weeks of play.

This coming long weekend will see the first major tournament of the season. The 2nd Annual Bushwackers Tournament is scheduled for 72 holes over Saturday and Sunday.

Players of all ages and abilities are welcome to join the league which plays every Tuesday at 7 pm.

The highlight of the night shot went to Grandmaster Dave Griffiths with a pick-me-up birdie on 18.

Other scores of note included Alastair Smith at +8 and Isaac Deuling at +5.
