Total Trac Yukon and Super A lead divisions in local golf league

All teams in the Nicklaus Division shared in the points for the Men's Commercial Golf League at the Mountainview Course last week using the regular Stroke play format.

All teams in the Nicklaus Division shared in the points for the Men's Commercial Golf League at the Mountainview Course last week using the regular Stroke play format.

Super "A", Shoppers Drugs, The Chain Gang, Irving Collision, and MacKay LLP got 6 points with Talmark Construction close behind with five points.

Kp winners this week were Darrel Pasloski of Shoppers Drug Mart and Wally Hidinger from P & M Recycling.

In the Palmer Division Missing Links, Matco Transportation, P & M Recycling, and EMCO Ace Holes all gained ground on the top team Total Trac Yukon.

Total Trac Yukon has a slim one point lead on Missing Links after scoring five points in last week's competition. The team has a total of 67 points.

Missing Links had an outstanding showing last week, scoring seven points to bring the team's total to 66.

Matco Transportation are currently in third place in the Palmer Division after scoring six points to bring the team's total to 63.

P & M Recycling also scored six points and have 59 in total.

EMCO Ace Holes played outstanding, finishing with eight points to bring the teams overall total to 57.

Feature Foods finished with one point and have 52 in total, while Yukon Tire Mechanical notched three points to bring their total to 49.

Northwestel drew even in total points with Yukon Tire Mechanical after an amazing eight point performance.

The two points scored by Macdonald & Co. brought its total to 46, while Sandor's Selects have 40 points after scoring two.

Royal Bank have 36 points after scoring eight last week.

Other teams in the Palmer Division are Ketza Construction, which has 35 points, Howie's Hackers, which has 22, Skookum Asphalt, which has 22, Northern Knights,13 points and Roadhouse Offsales Relics, which has 12 points.

In the Nicklaus Division, a solid six point performance by Super A helped the team distance themselves from second place Pour Rite Construction.

Super A currently has 61 points, while Pour Rite Construction has a total of 54.

Pacific Northwest Moving is tied for third place with Shoppers Drug Mart with 49 points.

The Chain Gang is just one point out of the top three, while Irving Collision has 47 points in total.

MacKay LLP has 46, while Triple J Services has 45 and Narrow Gauge has 43.

Kal Tire scored three points last week to bring its team total to 41, while Talmark Construction has 36 points after a five point performance.

Other teams in the Nicholas Division include Olson Construction, Whitehorse Business Machines and Roadhouse Bar and Grill.
