Takhini Gas drains 44 points in Whitehorse Women's Basketball League game

Marie Cairns led all scorers on Takhini Gas with 14 points in the team's victory over Featured Foods Sunday at F.H. Collins Second School.


Takhini Gas 44, Feature Foods 31

Nathalie Gionet also played well for Takhini Gas, scoring 11 points in the win.

Angella Ell led all scorers on Feature Foods with 11 points.


Airport Chalet 56, Kopper Kweens 42

Balanced scoring was crucial for Airport Chalet, which included three players reaching double digits in point total.

Corrine McKay finished with an impressive 16 points, while Megan Freese and Sarah Crane also played well, each contributing 14 points in the win.

Michelle Massie finished with 18 points for the Kopper Kweens, while Alcina Banks scored 10.
