Sportslife wins close game over Alkan Air in U-13 Soccer League

Two goals made all the difference for Sportslife in the team's game against Alkan Air on Tuesday in the U-13 Soccer League.

Two goals made all the difference for Sportslife in the team's game against Alkan Air on Tuesday in the U-13 Soccer League.

Sportslife won the game by a 5-3 score.


Sportslife 5, Alkan Air 3

Trygg Jensen and Stephanie Avery contributed the bulk of Sportlife's goal total.

The two players each netted a pair, while Peter Joe Jensen finished with one goal.

Rachel Kinvig was named Sportslife's MVP.

Dylan Reed, Cole Morris and Ryan Chipett each scored for Alkan Air.

Alkan Air's MVP was Jasmine Potvin.


U-12 Soccer League: June 17

Impact Well Drilling 5, Coates Services 4

Jesse Berezan put in two and led all scorers on Impact Well Drilling, while the team's remaining goal producers were Benjamin Grundmanis, Delany Paul and Micheal Asp.

Manuel Kuipers was named as the team's MVP.

Alex Hansen had a stellar showing for Coates Services, netting a hat trick for the soccer squad.

The team's remaining scorer was Aiden Allen and it's MVP was Katherine Fortune.
