A three-goal performance helped earn Samantha Wintemute her team's MVP honour in the U-13 Soccer League on Wednesday.

Thanks to her three goals, Wintemute Electric went on to beat PropertyGuys.com by a close score of 6-5.

Other goal scorers on Wintemute Electric included Jude Lemoine, who netted a pair, while Jesse Berezan scored the remaining goal for the team.

Finishing with two goals, Golia Cazon led the way in scoring for PropertyGuys.com.

The team's remaining three scorers included Mikaela Ponsieon, Ettienne Geoffry-Gagnon and Quin Pierce, while PropertyGuys.com's MVP was Makenzie Shaw.

M&A Yukon Inc 7, Titan Gaming 4

JJ. Paul notched put in nearly half of M&A Yukon's goal total on Wednesday in the U-13 Soccer League.

Paul finished the game with a hat trick, while team MVP Evan Hoogland also played very well, recording two goals.

Landon Worsfold and Aston Schaber each scored once.

Titan Gaming MVP Emily Wilson and Chrissy Anderson each scored twice for the team.

U-11 Soccer League: Jan. 12

Medicine Chest Pharmacy 3, Coates Services Yukon Ltd. 2

Balanced scoring was crucial for Medicine Chest Pharmacy in its end to end, action-packed contest against Coates Services Yukon Ltd.

The team benefitted from three separate goal scorers, which included Morgan Madden, Samual Bonar and Reed Philpott.

Jenelle Cousins was named as Medicine Chest Pharmacy's MVP.

Abby Hawes and Justin Jamieson each netted a goal for Coates Services Yukon Ltd., while Mickayla Lowes was named as the team's MVP.

Goal Done Contracting 6, Wintemute Electric 4

Kelcy Armstrong and Dakota Thompson combined for four of Goal Done Contracting's six goals, each scoring twice.

The two other scorers on Goal Done Contracting included Dustin Muckosky and Josh Larouche, while Jerimie Adair was named as the team's MVP.

Mathew Ng scored twice for Wintemute Electric, while Sam Wintemute and Hanna Milner notched the team's remaining two goals.

Wintemute Electric's MVP was Katerina Fekete.

Tim Horton's 3, Coldwell Banker 2

Christian Ouimette put in the majority of Tim Horton's goals, finishing with two in total.

The team's remaining scorer was Carson Hebel and Christian Ouimette was named as Tim Horton's MVP.

Graydon Macdonnel and Logan Harris each scored for Coldwell Banker, while Josee Storey won the MVP honour.

U-16 Soccer League: Jan. 13

Woodhouse Business Consulting 13, Alkan Air 10

Caleb Kelly and Robbie Borud combined for eight of Woodhouse Business Consulting's 13 goals in the team's U-16 soccer game against Alkan Air on Tuesday.

Adam Torgerson also played very well for the team, finishing with a hat trick, while fellow teammates Zain Syed and Maya Poirier scored once.

Ian Wintemute was named the team's MVP.

Robin Stacey scored half of Alkan Air's goal total, while Kyle Risby and Dillon Vickerman each finished with two goals.

Kyle Bowers scored once, while Fiona Azizaj was named Alkan Air's MVP.

Locksmith Services 6, Energy North 4

Simon Paish led the way in scoring for Locksmith Services. Paish finished with four goals in total in the team's win.

Other Locksmith Service scorers included Jamie Pope and Joaquin McWatters.

Aven Knutson was named as Locksmith Services MVP.

Felix Bouchard and Patrick Vaughan each scored twice for Energy North, while Adrianna Anttila was named as the team's MVP.
