Roche Firth Financial moving up in squash world

A 19-point showing moved Roche Firth Financial up into the second spot of the Tuesday Night Squash League.

A 19-point showing moved Roche Firth Financial up into the second spot of the Tuesday Night Squash League.

The team currently trails only Pizza Hut, which, after 12 weeks of play, has 178 points. Roche Firth Financial has 164 points.


Roche Firth Financial 19, Assante 9

Doug Thorseth, Michel Gelinas and Patrick Gardiner each scored six points for Roche, while Kyle Marchuk recorded one point.

Richard Meredith was the only six point scorer on Assante.


MEADIAsolutions 17, Kilrich 15

Mark Tubman and Trevor Mead-Robins each scored six points for MEADIAsolutions, while Lia Johnson and Chris Cullingham combined for 10 of Kilrich's 15 points.

MEADIAsolutions is in sixth place with 144 points.


Pizza Hut 14, Ketza 13

Chris Ziegler led all scorers on Pizza Hut, contributing six points, while Tyler Martin helped out by scoring five.

Blaine Tessier recorded two points for the team, while Jim Gilpin scored Pizza Hut's remaining point.

Phil Jackson and Sam Penner each scored six for Ketza.
