While early season leaders continue to lead out of the gate, a number of up and comers are beginning to flex their muscles in Tuesday night disc golf.

Dan Reimer was once again the class of the field with a sparkling round of four under 52 but not far behind were Matthew Grant and Jessie Devost, both of whom posted one under 55.

It's no real surprise that these three lead the current league standings.

Reimer really wasn't making many waves on the front nine until he bagged birdies at eigth and nine to finish the front at three under. And in spite of an unfortunate bogie on 11, he potted three more birdies to finish the back at one under.

Meanwhile, Alastair Smith and Isaac Deuling had rounds that contained moments of brilliance, as both came in at one over 57. Deuling recorded 4 birdies and Smith had three. four birdies but try as he may, he just couldn't stay away from the dreaded "blow up” hole and finished at four over 60.

Players of all ages and abilities are welcome to join the league which plays every Tuesday at 7 p.m.
