Plenty of awards given out at Native Hockey Tournament

There was more than a few pieces of hardware handed out on Sunday at the Annual Native Hockey Tournament.

There was more than a few pieces of hardware handed out on Sunday at the Annual Native Hockey Tournament.

Each individual award included $200. In the 'A' Division, Scott Michaels won the MVP honour, while Ryan Gleason took home the top scorer award.

Billy McKay was given top defenseman honours, while Brad Atkinson won the best goalie award.

In the 'B' Division, Dallas Jackson was named MVP, while Justin Pauls won the top scoring award. Dallas Jackson won top defenseman honours, while Andy Heerschap of was named as best goalie.

In the Jamboree Division, Brydan Cook won the MVP award, while Riley Tobin finished as the top scorer.

Brad Gusdafson was named best goalie and Chris Vance was awarded the best defenseman trophy.

Kaleb Millwater was named the MVP of the Youth Division, while Riley Pettit finished with the most goals.

Bryne Weins won top goalie honours and Matthew Moses won the award for best defenseman.

In the Oldtimers Division, Cal Wendhofer was named as MVP and Junior Kuptana won the top scoring honour.

Bill Bohmer won for best defenseman and Tom Williams was named as best goalie.
