Parry leads impressive turnout at 10-mile event

There were 42 runners out for Sunday's Chocolate Claim 10 Miler, held in Whitehorse.

There were 42 runners out for Sunday's Chocolate Claim 10 Miler, held in Whitehorse.

Thankfully, mother nature co-operated and the weather was great for running, cool and sunny.

The fastest person crossing the finish line was Bill Parry, with a time of 1:06:56, while the fastest female was Helen Stappers, in a time of 1:17:36.
