It was tough, but second place Outside the Cube (OTC) held off their hard-charging Div. 1 squash rivals 19-16 Tuesday at Better Bodies Fitness.

OTC’s Tony Radford, Kevin Daffe and Lori Muir (sub) all picked up wins over their TSL Contractors opponents, while Jonathan Gorton earned the lone victory for third place TSL.

In other action, Assante hung onto its league lead by edging Earls Restaurant 15-14.

Ben Grundmanis and Michael Tilbrook earned Assante’s victories, while Earls players Glenn Rudman and Grayson Peters (sub) notched wins in a close-fought matchup.

The final contest of the night saw Aurora Geosciences clip Yukon Tree Services 15-14 thanks to clutch 3-0 victories by Doug Thorseth and Mustafa Syed.
