On The Way To The Top

Runner Thomas Ullyett celebrates the solstice by jogging up the Grey Mountain Road.

ON THE WAY TO THE TOP – Runner Thomas Ullyett celebrates the solstice by jogging up the Grey Mountain Road. There were 64 runners, or walkers who made their way to the top of the road. With the return, the athletes travelled 12 kilometres. Darby McIntyre was the first to reach the top. Participants were encouraged to dress in festive attire and to bring donations for the Whitehorse Food Bank.
