Northern Lights Optometry beats up on first place Sterling Insurance in squash league

Northern Lights Optometry made up some ground in the Friday Night Squash League,

Northern Lights Optometry made up some ground in the Friday Night Squash League, thanks to a convincing 22-8 victory over first placed Sterling Insurance.

Northern Lights has a total of 237 points and is in second place in the standings.

Despite the lopsided loss, Sterling Insurance has a commanding 24 point lead.


Northern Lights Optometry 22, Sterling Insurance 8

Zoe Walker and Loralee Martin led the way for Northern Lights Optometry, each chipping in six points.

Neisha Bicudo and Darrin Sinclair were the leading scorers on Sterling Insurance, each contributing three points.


Uniglobe Specialty Travel 15, Kumon Learning 11

Tracy Pittman and Kelly Panchyshyn combined for 12 points in Uniglobe Specialty Travel's victory over Kumon Learning.

Shaun Kitchen and Eric Irvine each finished with five points for Kumon Learning, while Jody Ratcliffe scored the team's remaining point.


EMCO 17, Electrical Shop 6

Lara Trotter and Randi Cave scored 12 points for EMCO. Both Trotter and Cave finished with six points. Will Park helped out with the remaining five points.

David Buckler scored all six of Electrical Shop's points.
