Thanks to the News, USANA picked up two big wins in local Filipino hoops action last weekend.

On Sunday, Ian New (26 points), E.G. New (20) and J.B. New (15) all scored in double figures to lead their Pinoy club past Sun Life 109-94 at F.H. Collins Secondary School.

Christian Carino had 26 to lead all Sun Life scorers.

It was the second time USANA surpassed the century mark on the weekend, following a 107-96 win over IT Care on Saturday.

Bryan Hermosa netted 19 points in that contest, while E.G. New (15) and J.B. New (14) were once again in double figures.

Diorey Ulgasan had a game-high 33 points in the loss for IT Care.

Other games from last weekend saw KFC get past Vertical Limit 90-70 and Air North clip San Isidro by a score of 76-60.
