Well done Nesta! We knew you would get that gold! We have followed your career since inception, and saw early flashes of brilliance when you could skillfully routefind through the maze of charts on your office desk! Your energy, sense of humour and persistence in our shared canoe trips and Kluane icefield ski trips in years past, was always appreciated. You have always acted and performed 10-15 years younger than your stated age and so it is with some disbelief that we see you were in the age 75 category! Well done Nesta! love Roger and sharon Mitchell

Wow, Mom, way to go. I think you should wear your medal when you carry the Olympic Torch!
