Mustangs take on Crimson Bears at home this weekend

The Yukon Mustangs will face Alaska Rivals, the Juneau-Douglas High School Crimson Bears this weekend.

The Yukon Mustangs will face Alaska Rivals, the Juneau-Douglas High School Crimson Bears this weekend.

The JDHS Senior Varsity Crimson Bears will take on the U16 Minor Midget Mustangs, while the Junior Varsity Crimson Bears will face the U15 Bantam Mustangs.

The Minor Midgets will play their first game at Takhini Arena at 6:15 p.m. Friday.

They’ll also play at 3:45 p.m. Saturday and 9:45 a.m. Sunday.

All Minor Midget games will take place at Takhini Arena.

The Bantam Mustangs will play their first game Friday at the Canada Games Centre on the Northwestel sheet at 5:30 p.m.. Their second game will be at 1:15 p.m. Saturday at Takhini Arena and their third stand will be on Sunday at 9:30 a.m. at the Canada Games Centre once again.

When the U16 and U18 Mustang teams met the Crimson Bears last year, they swept the series 6-0.
