Martin, Thomas score four each as Blues hammer Jets
Ryan Martin and Clayton Thomas notched four goals apiece for the Yukon Appliance Blues as they crushed the Air North Jets 15-3 in Whitehorse Recreational Hockey League action Sunday.

Both Martin and Thomas added two assists while Tom Minard had two goals and five assists for the Blues. Joe Martin scored two goals and added two helpers.
Jason Berkers, Kenny Anderson and Spencer Hornoi each netted a goal for Yukon Appliance. Berkers recorded two assists while Anderson and Hornoi each had one. Mike Cozens finished with three assists while Cary Goodman, Curtis Goodman and Daryn Leas each had one helper.
Wesley Marsh, Marc Bergeron and Daniel King scored for Air North. Ben Harper recorded two assists while Andrew Sim, Shawn Kinsella and Ben Cole each had one assist.

David Sembsmoen led the Nuway Curshers with two goals and an assist as they skated past Sports North.
Peter Mather added two goals for Nuway while Sean Eyding had a goal and three assists. Graham Hamilton scored a goal and added one helper for the Crushers. Blayne Monahan finished with two assists.
Ruben Bicudo, Terry Jackson, Mike O'Connor and Rob Hill replied for Sports North. Terry Slonski and Dale Kulych each had two assists while Colin Dawe had one helper.

Mike Nikon had two goals for Boston Pizza/Cardinal Contracting as they burned the Yukon Appliance Blues.
Derek Johnstone added a goal and four assists for Boston Pizza while Barry Blisner and Ed Peart each had a goal and two helpers. Jay Massie and Shawn Horte each notched a goal and added an assist for BP while Mike Young had one goal. Tony Clennett finished with two assists and James Edzerza recorded one helper.
Curtis Goodman and Cary Goodman each had a goal and an assist for Yukon Appliance. Clayton Thomas and Spencer Hornoi each recorded an assist.

Peter Mather led the Nuway Crushers with five goals and four assists as they demolished the Sportspage Canucks.
Blayne Monahan added four goals and two assists for Nuway while David Sembsmoen had three goals and three helpers. Matt Ordish notched three goals and added an assist while Mike Gau also scored for the Crushers. Gau also recorded five assists. Sean Eyding and Graham Hamilton each finished with three assists while Marcel Barrault had two helpers.
Darrell Sturko held onto first place in league scoring, netting two goals and adding four assists for Sportspage. Joey Mason and Bobby Park each added two goals and two assists while Brent Cooper had two goals.
Randy Merkel also scored for the Canucks and collected three assists. Doug Cook and Larry Park each finished with two assists.

Mark Daniels added two goals and an assist for Subaru while Rob Pitzel had a goal and three helpers. Edwin Vanderkley also scored. Doug Roberts finished with three assists while Al Martinson, Bud Arnold, Pat Anderson, Shane Nastrom, Eric Magnuson and Shayne Waterfield each had one assist.
Ben Cole, Matt Johnson and Wesley Marsh scored for Air North. Cole and Johnson each added an assist.

Peter Mostyn was on fire for the Envirolube Oilers, potting five goals and adding five assists as his team edged the Patriots.
Dean Faragher added five goals and two assists for the Oilers. Leroy Wolfe had two goals and three assists while Cam Boyko had two goals and two helpers. Sean Secord recorded an assist.
Bryan Battersby led the Patriots with four goals and four assists. Yves Paradis added two goals and six assists while Adrian Bergman had two goals and five helpers.
Jason Ruttle and Jonathan Osis also scored for the Pats. Ruttle and Scott MacDonald each recorded an assist.
