Arctic Edge's Kevin Caron is in London, Ont. this week for the 2010 BMO Skate Canada Junior Nationals.

Caron skated his short program on Wednesday evening,

"He had a very positive skate (but) unfortunately he fell on his triple lutz combination which is very costly in a short program where the elements that you can do are very tightly defined,” said Cheryl Van Blaricom from the Arctic Edge Skating club.

Caron finished in 17th place in the junior men category after the short program with a score of 33.88.

Earlier this morning, Caron was the first skater on the ice for the junior men's free skate. As of press time the results were not yet available.
