Ketza scores 20 points in Tuesday squash league

Thanks to three six point performances, Ketza was able to lock down sole possession of first place in the Tuesday Night Squash League.

The team notched 20 points against Yukon Brewing and have a slim one point lead in the overall standings over second place Roche Firth Financial.

Ketza 20, Yukon Brewing 11

Ketza received contributions from all four of its players in the team's victory over Yukon Brewing.

The majority of Ketza's points came courtesy of Tim Carrol, Kevin Daffe and Sam Penner, who combined for 18 in total.

Phil Jackson also played well for the team, finishing with two points.

Chris Toleman led the way for Yukon Brewing, notching six points, while William Papenfus also had a solid match, finishing with three points.

Pizza Hut 16,

MEADIAsolutions 15

In the closest match played on Tuesday, Pizza Hut squeaked out a narrow one–point victory over MEADIAsolutions.

Leading scorers for Pizza Hut included Chris Zeigler and Jeff Seaman, who each notched six points in the team's win.

Jim Gilpin also played well for Pizza Hut, finishing with three points.

Gord Starko and Peter Mathur led the way for MEADIAsolutions each scoring six points.

Roche Firth Financial 19,

Kilrich 10

Doug Thorseth , Michel Gelinas and Kyle Marchuk each scored six points for Roche Firth Financial, while Chris Cullingham finished with the highest point total on Kilrich with six.
