Kal Tire edges High Calibre in U-13 soccer

Tyler Wiens scored all three goals for Kal Tire, as they prevailed in a very close battle against High Calibre Construction 3-2, in 13-and-under coed soccer action Thursday.

Tyler Wiens scored all three goals for Kal Tire, as they prevailed in a very close battle against High Calibre Construction 3-2, in 13-and-under coed soccer action Thursday.

The game was tied for most of the second half, until Kal Tire found the net in the last minute of regulation.

Felix Bouchard and Jeremy Linville notched singles for High Calibre.

The MVP for Kal Tire was Julia Fedoriak while the MVP for High Calibre was Danny Martin Gould.

Territorial Auto Parts 2

Assante Financial took advantage of a Territorial Auto Parts squad which was short several players, connecting from all corners as they cruised to victory.

Jeremy Johnson recorded a hat trick for Assante while Emily Fedoriak, Sam Kumar, Savannah Marks and Wheaton Symington booted two goals apiece. Jarret Kreft chipped in a single and Scott Dupont was named MVP.

Michael Abbott and Jeremy Nugent found the back of the net for Territorial while their MVP honour went to John Borud.

Metro Chrysler 7

Yukon Outfitters 0

Scoring came from all corners for Metro Chrysler as they denied Yukon Outfitters.

Stephen Dynes collected three goals for Metro while Mitch Heynen, Kyle Levia, Logan Potter and Riley Tobin also hit the twine.

Peterson Contracting took an early lead and didn't look back, with two goals each from Aaron Holway, Lowell Johnston and Scott Longman.

Ryan MacKinnon, Rhiannon Jones, Alexander Johnston and Nicholas Swizdaryk contributed singles for Peterson.

Markus Liebau led the offence for OSC, knocking in four goals and receiving the nod as MVP. Grant McWatters also scored.

The MVP for Peterson was Swizdaryk for his goal keeping.

Travis Banks claimed three goals for Silver Spoke Adventures as his team prevailed against the Whitehorse Star.

Mike Wintemute supplied the additional marker for Silver Spoke while Amanda Johnson was named MVP.

Kevin McLachlan scored the lone goal for the Star while Nigel Sinclair-Eckert was their MVP.

It was a complete team effort for Rafter A Ranch as they posted a win over Re/Max.

Tyler Koenen, Marten Sealy, JJ Paul, Ryley Andrew and Matthew McCarthy found the back of the net for Rafter.

The MVP for Rafter was Madison Logan while the MVP for the realty crew was Julianna Campbell.
