A six goal second period put Sunday's game out of reach and sealed the victory for the Y.E.S. Jets in the Whitehorse Recreational Hockey League's B division.

The Jets went on to win the game 11-1.

Y.E.S. Jets 11, Yukon Inn Boiler Room 1

George Maratos had the scoring touch, leading the Jets in goals with three in total, while Dean Nakamura and Adam Schellenberg each netted two.

Other Jets goal scorers included Jonathan Osborne, Geoff Quinsey, Dean Nakamura and Kris King.

Hugh Boyle scored the lone goal for Yukon Inn.

Boston Pizza/Matco 5, Midget Mustangs 5

Boston Pizza had five separate goal scorers in the team's A divisional hockey contest against the Midget Mustangs.

Nelson Turnbull, Derek Johnstone, Lance Brown, Jamie Edzerza and Trevor Twardochleb each netted a goal for Boston Pizza.

Goal scorers on the Mustangs included Trevor Hanna, Jaxon Glass, Cody Underhill, Zack Moses and Travis Sturke.

ORC Tree Service 2, Kluane Drillers 2

Jeremy Hookham netted a goal in the final five minutes to help ORC get the 2-2 tie in the team's A divisional match up against the Kluane Drillers.

The other goal scorer on ORC was Derek Baldwin, while Ben Cole finished with two assists.

Andrew Zinck and Rob Pitzel each scored for the Kluane Drillers, while Tyler Murray and Tyson Hawkins each added one assist.
