JUMP FOR JOY – The inaugural Southern Lakes 1/2 Marathon & 10km took place June 19 at the Southern Lakes Resort on the Tagish Road. The event was a ‘huge sucsess’ according to Marg White, timekeeper extraordinaire. ‘Everybody had a good time, the food was fantastic and the weather and setting ideal.’ There were 35 runners participating.
