HERE'S THE SERVE – Alliya Nyman practices her underhand serve during Tennis Yukon's new Junior Team Tennis program that began Saturday morning. Fourteen kids are participating in the new program in the 7-9 age category, and 26 in the 10-12 age group. The program has been run in many communities with huge success in an effort to further develop tennis. The team work encourages kids to cheer each other on and work together, with an emphasis on fair play, exercise and fun instead of winning.
