It was Yukon Inn facing off against Kilrich Industries in the first contest, with Glen Heinbigner leading the way offensively for the Inn.
Heinbigner potted three goals and added an assist. Greg Bull tacked on a goal and three assists while Bernie Adilman collected a goal and one helper. Mark Pike and Mike Blower also found the back of the net while Grant Lowey, George Skookum, Kelly Collins and Dave Pearson each finished with one assist.
James Billy recorded the shutout.

Medicine Chest Pharmacy 1
Guy Rook picked up a pair of goals for the Edgewater Windsors as they downed Medicine Chest Pharmacy.
Al Lane, Steve McGrath, Ernie Jamieson and Giles Archambault also hit the twine for the Windsors. Russ Knutson and Brent Stokes each had two assists while Guy Morgan, Morley Lessard and Shelby Workman each claimed one helper.
Scoring the only goal for Medicine Chest was Brian Eyolfson, assisted by Tom Ullyett and Carl Burgess.
Firth Rangers 9
Performance Centre Turbos 5
Ross Phillips and Tim Vincent notched two goals apiece for the Firth Rangers as they shut down the Performance Centre Turbos.
Brian Boorse and Dave Ecker added a goal and an assist for the Rangers while Phil Bastien, Al Hammond and Stu Mackay also scored. Sean McAskie, Bill Watson, Denis Shewfelt, Hector Campbell and Walter Brennan recorded assists.
Laurie Malo and Blaine Demchuk each posted a pair of goals and an assist for the Turbos while Bob Candow also lit the lamp. Jeff Jensen finished with three assists while Doug Oulton, Darren Frederickson and Bruce Demchuk each had one helper.

Klondyke Dental Molars 2
Brian Fedoriak collected a hat trick and added an assist for the AON Flames as they burned the Klondyke Dental Molars.
Jim Giczi tacked on a goal and an assist while Bill Bohmer also scored. Gord Kucher had a pair of assists while Doug Janzen, Ray Goruick and Robert Thompson each managed one helper.
Matt Sills and Lester Balsillie provided the goals for the Molars, assisted by Mitch Organ and Bernie Heffner.
