Haulers win big in Sunday Junior Squash League

Squash players on the Pacific Northwest Moving Haulers showed off their skills in Better Bodie's Sunday Junior League.

Squash players on the Pacific Northwest Moving Haulers showed off their skills in Better Bodie's Sunday Junior League.

The team scored the most points in one day of competition so far this season, recording 21 in total and limited the Vandelay System Geeks to just 14 points.

Currently, Vandelay occupies sole possession of first place in the league's standings with 150 points in total.


Pacific Northwest Moving Haulers 21, Vandelay System Geeks 14

Three players on the Moving Haulers made up for the bulk of the offense in their game against the System Geeks.

Logan Harris, Kai Knorr and Stephen Grundmanis each finished with the maximum six points that are awarded in an individual squash match.

Kelly Panchyshyn and Graydon McDonnell each contributed six points in the loss for Vandelay.


Honda Hustlers 20, Canada Flooring Crushers 15

Ana-Lee Jacobsen, Sophia Flather and Nicholas Dobush each scored six points for the Hustlers.

Benjamin Grundmanis and Alex Kastelein scored a combined 12 points for the Crushers.
