GROWING LEGACY – On this day 10 years ago, judoka Amber Saunders captured a bronze medal at the Canada Games Centre during the 2007 Canada Winter Games in Whitehorse. 'It feels amazing, absolutely amazing, like a celebrity,' Saunders told reporters seconds after leaving the mats at the Canada Games Centre. Saunders was the first Yukoner to win a medal at the Games.
