Adam Green did the lion’s share of the scoring, and younger brother Rob Green made the saves.

The siblings’ success propelled Yukon Inn to a 4-2 victory over Kilrich, the top team in the Whitehorse Oldtimer Hockey League.

Adam Green scored a natural hat trick to lead Yukon Inn Sunday – including a shorthanded marker early in the second period, before Rick Gingell sealed the deal with an insurance marker in the final minute.

Meanwhile, Kilrich’s Mike Rispin and Lawrence Crayford were the only two players able to beat Rob Green en route to just their second loss of the old-timer hockey season.

In other action at Takhini Arena Sunday, Tim Hortons downed Air North 6-1 thanks to a three-goal, one-assist effort from Walt Liley.

Wynn Griffith added two goals and two assists in the win, while Bruce Milligan added four helpers.

David Wipf rounded out the scoring for Tims, while Doug Janzen got the lone goal for Air North.

Meanwhile, the AON Flames edged the Firth Rangers 5-4 as Greg Lane scored his second goal of the night past Rob Clarke in the final second of the game.

Clarke played back-to-back games, after filling in for Air North ’keeper Joe Sparling.

Joel Witten had a pair for AON, with Roger Veilleux adding a single, while Mike Knutson (2), Stu Mackay and Mike Gau replied for Firth.

The final game of the night saw EDI hammer Medicine Chest 7-1.

Charles Brodhagen and Pat Tobler both scored twice and added assists in the rout.
