GERMANY BOUND – Whitehorse's Joel Brennan, shown competing at the White Water Rodeo last month, recently finished second in the junior men's final of the National Freestyle Kayak Team trials in Kananaskis, Alta., good enough for a ticket to Plattling, Germany, where he will represent Canada at the 2011 Freestyle World Championships.
