Dawe pots six as Duncan's downs Coldwell Banker

Kane Dawe was on fire for Duncan's Limited, netting six goals as his team overpowered Coldwell Banker 10-7 in Whitehorse Minor Hockey Association Midget Division action Sunday.

Kane Dawe was on fire for Duncan's Limited, netting six goals as his team overpowered Coldwell Banker 10-7 in Whitehorse Minor Hockey Association Midget Division action Sunday.

Lowell Johnston added a pair of goals and three assists for Duncan's while Evan Campbell picked up a goal and three assists. Kevin Pike finished with a goal and one assist while Kaleb Dawe claimed two helpers.

Mike Fraser replied for Coldwell with three goals and an assist. Glenn Skookum tacked on a pair of goals and an assist while Matt Myre recorded a goal and one helper. Tyson Hawkins also found the back of the net while Shane McHugh had four assists.

Pee Wee Division

Yukon Office Supplies 8

Skookum 3

Henry Kedziora and Michael Hare collected hat tricks for Yukon Office Supplies as they defeated Skookum.

Travis Rivest added a goal and two assists for YOS while Michael Skookum also scored.

Brett Roulston notched all three goals for Skookum.

The MVP for YOS was goaltender Patrick Soprovich while the MVP for Skookum was Shayla Roulston.

Yukon Office Supplies 2

Bryden Engren-Cook grabbed a pair of goals for Castle Rock Enterprises as they doubled Yukon Office Supplies.

Brayden Kulych added a goal and an assist for Castle Rock while Ryley O'Connor also hit the twine. Emilie Nugent and Bradley Koprowski were each credited with an assist.

Michael Hare and Madrick Perreault provided the offence for YOS, with assists going to Travis Rivest and Lindsay Meikle.

Powerade 10

Castle Rock Enterprises 2

Adrian Hawkings led the way for Powerade, scoring five goals as they skated past Castle Rock Enterprises.

Chris Vance added a hat trick for Powerade while Rowan Huggard slapped in a pair. Gibson Pearson finished with two assists.

Scoring for Castle Rock and MVPs were not available.
