Power to the People! was the chant heard at Takhini Arena Sunday night. Well, Power to the CapriCMW people anyways, as goaler Brian was scintillatingly stunning in net to help his team earn a 2-2 tie with Tim Hortons in Whitehorse Oldtimers action. Power stopped half a dozen breakaways and numerous other point blank chances, and Martin Lawrie scored both Capri goals in the sawoff. Josh Savill and Joel Talbot managed to get pucks in the net for Tims.

Medicine Chest 8, EDI 2

Michel Dubois scored four times to help MC pull within two points of league leading EDI. Jamie Cairns stayed atop the league scoring race with two more goals, and Gerry Brandt and Clint Ireland added one each. EDI goals came from Derick Bilodeau and Pat Shaw.

Yukon Inn 3, Air North 3

Greg Lane scored the tying goal with only 1:13 left to give the Inn the single point. Wade Hanna and Adam Lightfoot delivered the other Inn goals, while Ron Billingsley, Dave White and Mike Jim replied for Air North.

Titanium Storage 4, Kilrich 1

Scott Palfreyman paced the Titans with a pair of markers, and solo shots came off the sticks of Derek Dee and Kerry Pettitt. Shawn Kinsella was the only Kilrich skater to bulge the mesh.
