Boston Pizza goes for fourth straight hockey title on Tuesday

The Boston Pizza Hawks will go for a fourth straight Whitehorse Recreational Hockey Championship title on Tuesday.

The Boston Pizza Hawks will go for a fourth straight Whitehorse Recreational Hockey Championship title on Tuesday.

Thanks to a 4-2 victory over Roadhouse, who finished in first place after the regular season, the Hawks will attempt to sweep the best-of-three series.

Roadhouse and Boston Pizza battled it out for the top spot in the 'A' division all season. Bragging rights eventually went to Roadhouse, which finished with 70 points (34-6-2).

Boston Pizza, on the other hand, placed second with 30 wins, 10 losses and two ties. The Hawks had 62 points in total.

Roadhouse had two players in the top five of the 'A' division's leading scorers, while Boston Pizza had one.
