Boorse notches two as Rangers dominate Kilrich

Brian Boorse led the Firth Rangers with a pair of goals as they skated past Kilrich Industries 5-1 in Whitehorse Oldtimers Hockey League action Wednesday.

Ed van Randen added a goal and an assist for the Rangers while Doug Janzen and Sean McAskie also found the back of the net. Pete McPeake, Bernie Adilman, Laurie Stewart, Brian Leas and Brian Banks each finished the night with an assist.

Peter Grundmanis potted the lone goal for Kilrich, assisted by Ron Sumanik and Joel White.

In the other oldtimers hockey game Wednesday, it was:

Edgewater Windsors 3

Klondyke Dental Molars 1

Scoring came from all corners for the Edgewater Windsors as they froze the Klondyke Dental Molars.

Mike Kenny, Brian Boleen and Gilles Archambault provided the offence for the Windsors.

Brent Stokes, Bob Hanley, Hector Campbell, Dan Lang, Morley Lessard and Frank Thomas picked up the assists.

Les Luciuk scored for the Molars, with the assists awarded to Dave Ecker and Paul Sahagian.
