Assante continued their recent dominance in the Tuesday Night Squash League, scoring 19 points in their match against Ketza.

Assante has scored at least 19 points in each of the team's last four contests.

They are currently in third place with 170 points, just six behind second place Yukon Brewing.

Pizza Hut had a bye in this week's competition.

Elmy Harris, Chris Toleman and Al Hammond played exceptionally well, each scoring the maximum six points that can be awarded in an individual squash match.

Lia Johnson had the best match for Ketza, scoring five points in total, while Patrick Gardiner finished with two.

Ketza currently has 111 points in total and are in seventh place in the league's standings.

Kilrich 14, Yukon Brewing 13

Lars Johansson and Peter Mather played very well for Kilrich, each scoring six points, while Charlie Hoeller finished with two.

Lori Muir and Blaine Tessier both had great matches for Yukon Brewing, scoring six points each.

MEADIAsolutions 16, Roche Firth Financial 15

Trevor Mead-Robins and Mark Tubman led the way for MEADIAsolutions, each scoring six points.

Gord Starko and Jim Gilpin also played well, each contributing two points in the win.

MEADIAsolutions is currently in first place with 193 points.

Eric Marcoux and Jean-Francois Roldan each scored six points for Roche Firth Financial, while Chris Ziegler finished with two.

Kilrich doubles up in oldtimers hockey game

A late goal in the first period and three more unanswered goals in the second helped Kilrich get the 6-3 win over Edgewater Hotel in the Oldtimers Hockey League on Sunday.

Ryan Henning and Laurie Malo led the way for Kilrich, each scoring two goals and adding one assist.

Woody Bennett also played very well, finishing with one goal and one assist, while Ron Daub scored once.

Steve McGrath finished with the most points for Edgewater, scoring one goal and adding two assists.

Brian Gudmundson also had a great game, scoring a goal and adding one assist, while David McMurphy scored once.

Yukon Inn 2, Medicine Chest 1

Goal scorers for Yukon Inn were Mike Blower and Tom Corcoran, while Lester Balsillie scored the lone goal for Medicine Chest.

AON Flames 7, Performance Centre Turbos 1

Jim Giczi played an outstanding game for the Flames, scoring three goals and adding three assists, while Stu Mackay also played incredibly, finishing with three goals and contributing two assists.

Dennis Zimmerman finished with one goal and one assist in the win.

Rick Blaker scored the Performance Centre Turbos' lone goal.

Firth Rangers 3, Klondyke Dental Molars 2

Bruce Williams finished with the most points for the Rangers, scoring one goal and adding two assists, while Joel Witten and Ron Sumanik each scored once.

Adam Green played well for the Molars, scoring once and adding one assist, while Ross Phillips finished with one goal.
