AON Flames score five in Oldtimers Hockey League win over Medicine Chest

Blaine Demchuk scored twice for the AON Flames in the team's 5-2 win over Medicine Chest in the Whitehorse Oldtimers Hockey League on Sunday.

Blaine Demchuk scored twice for the AON Flames in the team's 5-2 win over Medicine Chest in the Whitehorse Oldtimers Hockey League on Sunday.


AON Flames 5, Medicine Chest 2

Besides Demchuk, the AON Flames had goals from Tony Clennett, Charles Broadhagen and Jeff Jensen.

Medicine Chest goals came from Greg Bull, assisted by Ryan Henning and Pat Campbell as well as Ross Phillips. Phillips scored on the powerplay, which was assisted by Pete McPeake.


Performance Centre Turbos 3, Yukon Inn 3

Dan Cornett led all scorers with two goals in Performance Centre Turbos 3-3 tie against Yukon Inn on Sunday.

The remaining Performance Centre Turbos goal came off the stick of Woody Bennett, with assists going to Bob Candow and Dave Ecker.

Brian Boorse, Al Hammond and Rick Blaker scored for Yukon Inn.
