Relief aid doesn't always have the desired results
It seems that this is the year for major disaster throughout the world. Since my last article, Hurricane Rita has struck the already devastated Mexican gulf region, another hurricane caused mudslides that buried whole villages in Guatemala (the same storm caused havoc in Mexico) and a massive earthquake devastated� large parts of Pakistan while also causing severe damage in India and Afghanistan.
