Richard William Gleason

The family of Richard (Dick) Gleason are sad to share that he passed away on December 28, 2022.

Richard was born in Telegraph Creek, BC on March 30, 1935. His younger years were spent in Atlin, BC before moving to Whitehorse in the 1940s.

Richard will be remembered by his children Jamie, Brent (Amanda), Kerry (Ainars), Roanna (Les) & Melanie. 

He was predeceased by his son, Richard (Rick) Gleason in 2002.

Richard was especially proud of his grandchildren Lexi, Elsa, Joshua, Logan, Walker & Preston. 

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.

Condolences to his family and friends.

Dick was undoubtedly a Five Percenter given his colourful character. He was a long time friend and he always had a story for every occasion.

He will be missed and never ever forgotten!

To Dick Gleasons family and friends. I am so sorry for your loss. Dick was a character to be remembered. I wish you all peace in the coming days. With fond memories of my seasons in Watson Lake.
