MARJORIE ANNE COPP

October 11, 1947- February 9, 2022

It is with deep sadness that the family of Marjorie Anne Copp announce her passing on February 9, 2022.

She was predeceased by her parents Orval and Helen Couch, her husband Jim Copp and sisterCarroll. Marjorie leaves behind to mourn: her son Greg (Sami), fiance Bruce, brothers David(Kathryn) Couch, Leslie (Carolyn) Couch; foster brother Robert (Christiane) Huntley; nieces Frances (Frank) Taylor, Patti (Steve) Cross; nephew Bryan (Cathy) Cawley and their families; her childhood friend Linda Ego and all of her other dear close friends.

Marjorie valued her family. She loved her son Greg with every fibre of her being. She was a loyal daughter to her parents and a good sister to her siblings. She was a favourite among the nephews,nieces, their children and their families.

She was warm, loving and really cherished her fiancé Bruce, his boys and beloved granddaughter Phoenix. She was a kind and thoughtful friend to those for whom she reserved that honour.

She was a lady of grace and humility living her life with respect for all people. Marjorie was always someone you could depend on and would go out of her way to help whenever she could. She had a great sense of humour and always loved a good laugh and to sit and visit over a cup of tea.

Marjorie had a love of all things heritage related, including family ancestry, buildings and local heritage. She was an avid reader, liked gardening and loved to travel.

Marjorie served her community throughout her life by volunteering and sitting on many non-profit boards.

Hi I am Garry Chaplin and I have known Marjorie Copp, that is Greg Copp's Mom and Greg has known me and my brother's and they have been hanging out with each other and I have seen Marjorie when I was catching a city bus to go to work. I hope Marjorie Can R.I.P and hope for the best.
