It is with heartfelt sadness we wish to announce the passing of our mother and grandmother, Jacqueline Vanhorn.
We would like to thank the staff of Whistle Bend House 4 for the kindness and care they provided Jacky "Jack".
As per her wishes there will be no service.
You're back with the love of your life mom, dance little angel dance.

Krissy and Debbie..I was so sorry to hear that your Mom has passed away. She loved you both so much! (And took such great care of her Mom). I worked with Jackie years ago and family was everything to her. My heart felt condolences to you both.
