WOMAN IS MISSING – A search party was being mobilized Thursday near the Carmacks/Pelly Crossing border to locate a missing woman. Sarah Ruth Kruse, also known as Sarah Ruth Thompson, 36, was last seen in that area on Monday. Cpl. Cam Long, the Yukon RCMP’s search and rescue co-ordinator, is on the ground and engaged in managing the search. Territorial conservation officers are assisting with the search, in addition to volunteers from Yukon Search and Rescue.
