Subdivision of Wann Road lot approved
In a vote that divided council, a proposal to subdivide a single country residential property in Porter Creek into three lots has been approved. The proposal to allow the owner of 40 Wann Road near Versluce Meadows to subdivide his lot into three separate single-family residential lots was approved by city council Tuesday night, against the protests of Mayor Ernie Bourassa and Coun.
